• Free Shipping On All Orders Over $100 Expect transit times to most locations in the North-East and Mid-Atlantic states of 2-5 business days and 4-7 business days to the South and West Coast (see details below).
• Free Gift Boxes - all our works are sent in craft, cotton lined jewelry gift boxes.
• Free Gift Messages are available at checkout.
• Gift wrapping is available at checkout for a small fee.

You may also choose One-Day Shipping at checkout for US Postal Service Express Mail (overnight delivery to most locations in the US including Saturday).

When we ship
Orders for In Stock items placed before 11:00 PM ET usually ship on the same business day. You will be notified, via e-mail, if the merchandise you have ordered is on backorder and is not available for immediate shipment. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order by replying to the e-mail or by calling us during business hours (M-F, 9-5 ET) at 718-782-4240. Please have your order number ready and we will be happy to help you.

Time Sensitive Orders
We highly recommend that you contact us by e-mail with any time sensitive delivery requirements. We will try our very best to meet your delivery schedule, however please be advised that you must contact us directly at info@seekaonline.com to guarantee product availability and a shipping date. Also note: once a package leaves our studio, delivery time is up to the carrier and its delivery policy.

How we ship
Each piece is placed in a craft, cotton lined jewelry gift box, then wrapped in bubble pack and boxed. Shipments are insured to their full value. The order is sent with care instructions, line postcards and a packing slip. Gift wrapping is available, for a small fee at checkout. Gift messages, also available at checkout, are always free. No pricing information is enclosed with the shipment.

Free Economy Shipping will be sent with the US Postal Service First Class Mail. If you choose Expedited Shipping we will ship US Postal Service Priority Mail. For your protection, all shipments may require a customer signature upon delivery.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method and carrier for every order we ship; Please let us know if you need your package to ship with a specific carrier.

International Orders
We ship only to those regions specified above. We use US Postal Service Express Mail for Expedited service and accurate tracking. Please be advised that each country may impose additional customs and fees when the package arrives.

To Receive Free Shipping
1. Buy a total of $100 or more item(s).
2. When you are finished shopping, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
3. Ship these items to a single Continental US address.
4. Select "Standard Shipping".
5. The Shipping Discount will be reflected in the Shopping Cart.
