Satisfaction with your Purchase is of our utmost concern. You can return anything you bought at Seekaonline.com within 30 days for a refund or 90 days for an exchange. Item must be in as new condition. Also please remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Return Guidelines
1. There is no need to call us.
2. Repack the item in its original or comparable box.
3. Enclose a photocopy of the invoice or packing slip with the returned item circled.
4. Indicate whether it is an Exchange or Refund (You have 30 days for a refund or 90 days for an exchange).
5. Completely fill out the shipping label:

You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. We suggest that you ship your order via UPS or Federal Express. These carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Insurance should be for the full retail price of the items returned.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less original shipping charges. In cases where free shipping was offered we will calculate the original cost of shipping, packing and insurance and deduct that amount from the refund.
